All ET&F pins are made from high carbon steel and are heat treated to be hard enough to penetrate steel, yet ductile enough to not fracture if hard, concrete aggregate is hit. A ballistic point improves ease of penetration in concrete and holding power in steel. ET&F collated pins are designed for maximum installation speed and are engineered to fit ET&F pneumatic tools to minimize jams. ET&F pins are building code approved for structural applications.
